Town Board Meeting Minutes – APPROVED
Date: Tuesday, October 28, 2025
Time: 8:30 a.m.
Location: 2800 Ward Ave, La Crosse, WI 54601
Present: Chairperson Tim Candahl, Supervisors Renee Knutson, Tim Ehler and Marlene Heal;
Administrator Christina Peterson, Clerk Fortune Berg, Treasurer Melissa Erdman, and Charlie
Handy.
Absent/Excused: Supervisor Tim Padesky.
Attendance List: None.
1. Meeting called to order by Candahl at 8:34 a.m.
2. Resolution 2025-10 Authorizing Grant Application and Financing for Property at 2605
Coulee Ave in the Town of Shelby. Peterson reviewed proposal for building upgrades and
cost estimates. Discussion on costs and funding. Motion by Ehler to adopt and sign
Resolution 2025-10, second by Knutson. Motion carried unanimously.
3. Adjournment. Motion by Ehler to adjourn at 9:19 a.m., second by Knutson. Motion carried
unanimously.
