Planning Commission Meeting Minutes – APPROVED Date: Tuesday, July 15, 2025 Time: 4:00 p.m. Location: Town Hall – 2800 Ward Ave, La Crosse, WI 54601 Present: Chairperson Elliott Bujan, Commissioners Mike Kendhammer, Karen Kouba, Al Schulz, and Brian Benson Supervisor Marlene Heal, and Administrator Christina Peterson. Absent: Commissioner Brian Benson. Excused: Clerk, Fortune Berg, Chairperson Elliott Bujan, and Commissioner Al Schulz Attendance List: None. 1. Meeting called to order by Bujan at 4:00 p.m. 2. Minutes from 3/24/2025. Motion by Schulz to approve minutes from 3/24/2025, second by Benson. Motion carried unanimously. 3. Minutes from 5/20/2025. No quorum so no need to approve the minutes. 4. Public Comment. No public comment. 5. La Crosse County Zoning Updates. Berg reviewed summary of updates received from La Crosse Zoning. No concerns or comments. 6. Administrator Report. a. Peterson noted she will be sending letter of support affirming the support of the Town . b. New meeting scheduled for the 2nd Tuesday of the month, as needed, effective as of August 1st. c. New meeting time 4:30 p.m. 7. Commissioner Reports. a. Bujan asked if there are any vacancies on the Planning Commission . b. Benson will be moving out of Shelby in the Town of Shelby, will have to resign from the Planning Commission. 8. Adjourn. Motion by Schulz to adjourn at 4:35 p.m., second by Benson.
