by Knutson. Motion carried unanimously.
4. Public Comment.
a) David Dummer, W5536 State Road 33, noted that he was required to get on Town
Water. In a past flushing, it blew the toilet fill valve. The last flushing created a leak in
the pressure reducer after the meter. He hired Advanced Plumbing ($712.98) for work
performed on May 6. Next time Odeen flushes water system he will monitor pressure
during flushing. He had checked after the last flushing and read 65 psi, regular
pressure. Concern that there may be two few connections on the main line that have
hooked up. Peterson will review.
b) Public Works received a call from 4061 Glenhaven regarding a sewer backup. Dan
looked in manholes, and sewer main was flowing fine. Plumber found that lateral was
plugged, and roots were found to be at the junction. The property owner is
responsible and will dig up.
5. Arbor Hills Lift Station. Public Works built up a pad area with dirt. Tree had to be trimmed.
Vernon Electric won’t put on a switch or timer for the streetlight. Wright asked if they could
purchase light at lift station, so Town can control light switch. No objection by
commissioners.
6. Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR) Odeen provided report for 2024. Motion
by Lynn to approve resolution approving CMAR report, second by Ehler. Motion carried
unanimously.
7. Arbor Hills Lift Station Generator Cost Increase. Wright explained that Kish notified him of
increase of $4000 due to tariffs. The original quote was $27,640. Peterson and Lynn
suggested asking if an air-cooled would work if a shut off was installed, only one pump
would run with the generator. No action. Wright will check with Kish.
8. Public Works report. Second week of June is timeline for rehabilitation of well 1 in
Wedgewood Valley.
9. Adjournment. Motion by Ehler to adjourn at 5:35 p.m., second by Lynn, Motion carried
unanimously.
Respectfully Submitted, Christina Peterson, Administrator.
