TOWN OF HOLLAND PLAN COMMISSION September 2, 2026 MEMBERS PRESENT Chair Bob Stupi, Mike Garson, Doug Klenke, Ron Knapmiller, Bryan Nindorf and Anne Paape EXCUSED Anita Jagodzinski STAFF PRESENT John Frauenkron (Town Crew Supervisor), Marilyn Pedretti (Town Clerk) CALL TO ORDER Chair Stupi called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Notices were properly posted. MINUTES Motion by Knapmiller/Paape to approve the minutes from August, 2026. MOTION carried. CITIZENS’ CONCERNS: none. CSM: HALE John Krage, Arrow Land Surveying, o/b/o Tom and Carol Hale, N7387 County Road V, requested a Certified Survey Map (CSM) to create Lot 1, a .72 acre parcel between Parcels 8- 367-0 and 8-366-0, for continued residential use. Krage explained this CSM was needed to replace the mobile home and for loan requirements. Hugh Hale, N7389 County Road V, confirmed he will continue to share a driveway with his parents. Motion by Klenke/Nindorf to recommend approving the CSM for Lot 1 on .72 acre parcel between 8-367-0 and 8-366-0 for residential use. MOTION carried unanimously. TOWN BOARD UPDATES Stupi reported the board approved the variance on Amundson Coulee Road and did not discuss the proposed commercial development. ANNOUNCEMENTS & FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Stupi confirmed this was Knapmiller’s last meeting and the Commission thanked him for his service. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Nindorf/Knapmiller to adjourn.
