Stormwater Utility Commission A. Update on culvert and ditch work: (1) Fonstad Road and (2) Walnut Street B. Update and possible action on shouldering/sod removal project on Bice Avenue C. Statutes 19.85(e) for “…deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conduct other specified public business…” to wit: discuss negotiations for fire protection services, non-renewal/modification of the Boundary Agreement with the Village of Holmen and a revision to the existing solid waste contract; and under Wisc. Statutes 19.85(1)(c) for: “…consideration of employment, compensation or performance evaluation data…” to wit: employee compensation. 14. Return to open session and report any action taken 15.
