MINUTES
Motion by Nindorf/Garson to approve the minutes from May 6, 2026. MOTION carried.
CITIZENS’ CONCERNS: none.
PROPOSED COMMERCIAL PROJECT
Will Hilton, 814 Timberwood Lane, asked for input concerning a possible commercial project on
a 2.45 acre parcel at the corner of County Road T and U.S. Highway 53. Hilton reported he is
speaking with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (DOT) concerning driveway access,
which may be limited along the highway corridor. He explained his plan to build some business
condominiums and storage sheds, keeping the wooded areas intact. Stupi noted this is within a
“conditional commercial corridor” in the Town’s Comprehensive Plan. Discussion followed. It
was the consensus that the plan would fit within the parameters for a rezone.
DONATION
Stupi explained the Town received an offer from Jim and Marilyn Magnuson for a donation of
park benches to be placed by the new pickleball court. Members reviewed the Town Donation
Policy and discussed the offer. Motion by Garson/Jagodzinski to recommend accepting the
donation. MOTION carried.
TOWN BOARD UPDATES
Stupi reported the board approved last month’s recommendations.
ANNOUNCEMENTS & FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: none given.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Nindorf/Paape to adjourn. MOTION carried. Meeting adjourned at 6:44 p.m.
