BOARD OF REVIEW May 14, 2026 4:00 p.m. MEMBERS PRESENT Chair Bob Stupi, Jeff Herlitzke and David Weber OTHERS PRESENT Clerk Marilyn Pedretti ASSESSOR Aaron Lindner, Associated Appraisal The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. Roll call was taken with Stupi, Herlitzke and Weber present. Meeting notice was properly published and posted. Motion by Herlitzke/Weber to nominate Bob Stupi as Board of Review chair. MOTION carried. Motion by Herlitzke/Stupi to nominate Dave Weber as vice chair. MOTION carried. HOUSEKEEPING - Verified that one (1) of the members had met the mandatory training requirements. - Verified that the Town had an ordinance for: * Confidentiality of income and expense information provided * Sworn telephone testimony and sworn written testimony * Policy regarding the procedure for waiver of BOR hearing requests - Clerk Pedretti has received the Assessment Roll and confirmed the sworn statement has been signed. - The assessor confirmed there are no corrections or omissions. - Pedretti reported there are no taxpayers present nor have any filed for review. ASSESSMENTS Members examined the roll during the two hours required to hear objections. TAXPAYER CONSIDERATIONS No taxpayers were present to examine the assessment data and no waivers were received. Having no case before the Board, the recorder was turned off until such time as a taxpayer would appear or until the State required two hours was fulfilled. No petitions were received during the two hour session. Motion by Herlitzke/Weber to adjourn. MOTION carried. Meeting adjourned at 6:01 p.m. Respectfully submitted, Marilyn Pedretti Town Clerk
