TOWN OF HOLLAND BOARD MEETING April 22, 2026 Special Meeting MEMBERS PRESENT Chair Bob Stupi, Jeff Herlitzke, Rick Hauser, Mike Hoffman, and David Weber STAFF PRESENT Clerk Marilyn Pedretti CALL TO ORDER Chair Stupi called the meeting to order at 6:37 p.m. Notices were posted. APPOINTMENTS Stupi recommended for the Plan Commission and Stormwater Utility Committee to appoint Bryan Nindorf, W7817 Broadmore Park Drive, for a renewal of a three-year term and Michale Garson, N6890 Sand Prairie Court, to a three-year term and appoint Tiffany Lein, N6855 Sand Prairie Court, for a renewal of a three-year term on the Park Committee. Motion by Herlitzke/Hauser to accept the appointments as listed. MOTION carried. COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS Stupi reviewed the list of committee assignments and suggested switching the chairs for the Park Committee and the Plan Commission/Stormwater Utility Commission. Motion by Herlitzke/Hoffman to approve the Town Chair’s committee assignment as listed with the change that Bob will chair the Plan Commission/Stormwater Utility Commission and Mike will chair the Parks Committee chair. MOTION carried. RECYCLING ORDINANCE Stupi explained the need to adopt this ordinance tonight due to an April 30th deadline. Motion by Herlitzke/Hauser to suspend the first reading. MOTION carried. Pedretti gave a general outline of the ordinance. Motion by Hoffman/Hauser to approve Ordinance #1-2026: Town of Holland Responsible Unit Recycling Ordinance. MOTION carried.
