TOWN OF HOLLAND BOARD MEETING April 22, 2026 Special Meeting MEMBERS PRESENT Chair Bob Stupi, Jeff Herlitzke, Rick Hauser, Mike Hoffman, and David Weber STAFF PRESENT Town Crew Supervisor John Frauenkron, Clerk Marilyn Pedretti CALL TO ORDER Chair Stupi called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Notices were posted. CLOSED SESSION Motion by Herlitzke/Hoffman to enter into closed session under Wisc. Statutes 19.85(1)(c) for: “…consideration of employment, compensation or performance evaluation data…” to wit: conduct interviews for part-time Town crew position. Roll call vote. MOTION carried unanimously. Entered into closed session at 5:32 p.m. Town Crew Supervisor John Frauenkron and Clerk Marilyn Pedretti were asked to remain. Members conducted interviews. Frauenkron was excused at 5:50 p.m. and returned at 6:00 p.m. Motion by Hauser/Hoffman to return to open session. MOTION carried. Returned to open session at 6:12 p.m. Stupi reported that a job offer will be issued. ADJOURN Motion by Hoffman/Weber to adjourn. MOTION carried.
