Call to order 2. Approve minutes of August 27, 2025 3. Citizens’ concerns 4. Bike Trails A. Update on the paving of the Holland Bike Trail (along Highway 53) B. Update on the grant for constructing a trail along County Road MH and possible input 5. Town Park walking path A. Update on walking path installation, winter use and plantings along MH for erosion control B. Presentation from Holmen Rotary concerning possible installation of play stations C. Input concerning signage D. Set possible ribbon cutting/naming dedication date 6. 2026 Budget and Park Work A. Possible recommendation to seek new bids for a pickleball court and replacement of current basketball court B. Possible recommendation to replace the crawling tunnel at Dresen Park C. Possible recommendation to approve Year 3 of the Wildflower Park project in coordination with Coulee Region Ecoscapes D. Possible recommendation to remove some trees between Town Hall Park and Wildflower Park E. Other recommendations for budget expenditures 7.
