TOWN OF HOLLAND STORMWATER UTILITY COMMISSION February 4, 2026 MEMBERS PRESENT Chair Mike Hoffman, Anita Jagodzinski, Doug Klenke, Ron Knapmiller, Bryan Nindorf, Jared Noffke and Anne Paape STAFF PRESENT Marilyn Pedretti (Town Clerk) CALL TO ORDER Chair Hoffman called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Notices were properly posted. WELCOME Hoffman welcomed new commissioner Anita Jagodzinski. MINUTES Motion by Paape/Knapmiller to approve the minutes of November 5, 2025. MOTION carried. CITIZENS’ CONCERNS: none given. FONSTAD ROAD Hoffman reported the repair to the Fonstad Road culvert was not completed last fall but should be fixed this spring. 5-YEAR PLAN Hoffman explained each line item on the draft 5-Year Action Plan for stormwater work. Discussion followed and some edits were made. Directions were given for the Town crew to prioritize inspecting culverts that would qualify for grant money. The draft report will be brought back to the next meeting for final recommendations. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS Hoffman reported he will be gone March 4th and Klenke agreed to run the meeting. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Nindorf/Knapmiller to adjourn. MOTION carried.
