TOWN OF HOLLAND PLAN COMMISSION January 7, 2026 MEMBERS PRESENT Chair Mike Hoffman, Doug Klenke, Ron Knapmiller, Bryan Nindorf, Jared Noffke, and Anne Paape STAFF PRESENT Marilyn Pedretti (Town Clerk) CALL TO ORDER Chair Hoffman called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Notices were properly posted. MINUTES Motion by Paape/Knapmiller to approve the minutes from November 25 for the Plan Commission. MOTION carried. CITIZENS’ CONCERNS: none. REZONE: applicant withdrew petition. HAZARDOUS MITIGATION PLANNING Jack Zabrowski, Senior Planner, Mississippi River Regional Planning Commission (MRRPC), explained the MRRPC covers nine counties and they are currently working to update the Hazardous Mitigation Plan. He reviewed the Town’s Plan and critical infrastructure map. Members gave input concerning vital information regarding hazards, ricks and potential mitigation projects specific to the Town. Zabrowski stated this information will be updated in the system and a draft will be shared at a later date. He will also send out a survey for additional input. UPDATES: Hoffman reported the Sheperd Conditional Use Permit was denied at the County Zoning committee. FUTURE AGENDA: update the 5-year Road Plan ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Klenke/Nindorf to adjourn.
