TOWN OF HOLLAND NOTICE OF MEETING ORGANIZATION: Town Board DATE: Thursday, September 25, 2025 TIME: 3:00 p.m. PLACE: Town Hall, W7937 County Road MH PURPOSE: Special meeting All items listed include discussion and possible action: 1. Call to order 2. Discussion and possible action to authorize the Town Chair to sign a contract with SEH Inc for engineer services to construct the County Road MH bike lane (Phase 1) 3. Enter closed session under Wisc. Statutes 19.85(1)(c) for: “…consideration of employment, compensation or performance evaluation data…” to wit: conduct 90-day review for part-time Town crew member, discuss employee operations and work hours 4. Return to open session and report any action taken 5.
