TOWN OF HOLLAND PLAN COMMISSION August 6, 2025 MEMBERS PRESENT Chair Mike Hoffman, Ron Knapmiller, Bryan Nindorf and Jamie Schloegel MEMBERS EXCUSED Doug Klenke, Jared Noffke and Anne Paape STAFF PRESENT John Frauenkron (Town Crew), Marilyn Pedretti (Town Clerk) CALL TO ORDER Chair Hoffman called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Notices were properly posted. MINUTES Motion by Nindorf/Knapmiller to approve the minutes of May 7, 2025. MOTION carried. CITIZENS’ CONCERNS: none. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAPS Rena Patterson and Tom Weber, W7443 County Road T, requested approval of a Certified Survey Map to split/realign parcels 8-930-6, 8-932-4 and 8-932-5 that would result in four (4) lots. Tom Weber provided an updated map and explained the surveyor had a few typos on the map submitted last week but no changes were made to the map itself. Knapmiller asked how the smaller lot fits within the Comprehensive Plan and members discussed the reasoning from the last two meetings. Motion by Knapmiller/Nindorf to approve the Certified Survey Map for W7443 County Road T with four lots. MOTION carried unanimously. EMERGENCY PLAN UPDATES Members reviewed the Town of Holland Emergency Operation Plan and gave input. It was the consensus to contact the County Emergency Management office to schedule a table-top exercise in the future. UPDATES: Hoffman had nothing to report.
