BOARD OF REVIEW June 10, 2025 1:00 p.m. MEMBERS PRESENT Chair Bob Stupi and Mike Hoffman OTHERS PRESENT Clerk Marilyn Pedretti ASSESSOR Tony Robley, Associated Appraisal The meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m. Hoffman reported Stupi would be present momentarily so there was a small recess. Returned to session at 1:03 p.m. Roll call was taken with Stupi and Hoffman present. Meeting notice was properly published and posted. Motion by Hoffman/Stupi to nominate Bob Stupi as Board of Review chair. MOTION carried. Motion by Stupi/Hoffman to nominate Mike Hoffman as Board of Review vice chair. MOTION carried. HOUSEKEEPING - Verified that one (1) of the members had met the mandatory training requirements. - Verified that the Town had an ordinance for: * Confidentiality of income and expense information provided * Sworn telephone testimony and sworn written testimony * Policy regarding the procedure for waiver of BOR hearing requests - Clerk Pedretti has received the Assessment Roll and confirmed the sworn statement has been signed. - The assessor confirmed there are no corrections or omissions. - Pedretti reported there are no taxpayers present nor have any filed for review. ASSESSMENT UPDATE Tony Robley, Assessor with Associated Appraisals, gave an overview of the Town assessment and ratio and talked about the need to be in compliance with the State percentages by 2027. TAXPAYER CONSIDERATIONS No taxpayers were present to examine the assessment data and no waivers were received. Having no case before the Board, the recorder was turned off until such time as a taxpayer would appear or until the State required two hours was fulfilled. No petitions were received during the two hour session. Motion by Hoffman/Stupi to adjourn. MOTION carried. Meeting adjourned at 3:01 p.m. Respectfully submitted, Marilyn Pedretti Town Clerk
