Bob Gollnik, Executive Director, La Crosse County Planning Committee, introduction of newest planner and update on work being conducted 6. Request by Viking Youth Soccer Association to use the field to the west of the Town Hall for soccer practice/games 7. Request by the Three Rivers Thunder youth baseball league for use of the Town Hall ballfields on Sunday nights, April through July 8. Bid work New Amsterdam road project: recommendation and possible acceptance of bid award presented by Jewell Associates for the construction work to be completed in 2025 9. Presentation by Robin Moses, Executive Director, Holmen Area Community Center, on program funding 10. Discussion and possible action to collaborate on a Department of Revenue Innovation Planning Grant (concerning fire protection) with the Town of Onalaska, Village of Holmen and City of Onalaska 11. Plan Commission A. Recommendation and possible adoption of a 2025-2030 Road Plan B. Input concerning the Village of Holmen Comprehensive Plan update C. Report on 3/5/25 meeting 12. Stormwater Utility Commission A. Bid work: Recommendation by General Engineer Company’s (GEC) for bid aware to conduct culvert/ditch and maintenance work in the Country Estates/Bice Addition/Brentwood Addition areas B. Recommendation concerning installation of engineered inserts to possible five culverts C. Update and possible recommendation concerning culvert work at O. Thompson Road D. Presentation of current stormwater efforts by the La Crosse Area Waters group E. Update on the annual DNR MS4 Report F. Report on 3/5/25 meeting 13. Public Works A. Update on construction work on County Road XX B. Discussion and possible action to remove a tree at James Street C. Discussion and possible action to replace the tires on the loader tractor D. Discussion and possible action to repair the hydraulics on the loader tractor E. Discussion and possible action to add an hydraulic option to the new truck for shouldering work F.
