Call to order 2. Approve minutes of January 8, 2025 3. Citizens’ Concerns* 4. County Supervisor(s) report 5. Request by the Holmen Youth Baseball Parents’ Association (HYBPA) for use of the Town ballfields and park shelter for 2025 season 6. Authorization to sign a “Memorandum of Understanding” regarding legal services provided by Johns, Flaherty & Collins 7. Review the American Tower Corporation ground lease and current market valuation report for the Town cell tower and possible action to consider a buy-out 8. John Breske, La Crosse County Broadband Specialist, presentation on status of broadband services and possible infrastructure improvements in La Crosse County 9. Public Works A. New Amsterdam road project: 1. Update on the Public Information Meeting for the road upgrade project held January 22nd 2. Approve plans and bid documents presented by Jewell Associates for bidding/advertising the construction work to be completed in 2025 B. Discussion and possible action to purchase a storage tank for brine at Town shop C. Discussion and possible action to install guard rails on O. Thompson Road and Paulson Road D. Update on employee upgrades to their CDL licenses E. Authorization to register crew member(s) for Wisconsin Towns Association Spring Road School F. Town crew report 10. Fire Department: A. Report on 1/21/25 meeting B. Fire Commission – suggestions for appointment of a new member 11. Resolution 2025-1: A resolution setting a Treasurer fee policy 12. Review January Treasurer’s report and approve payment of February invoices 13. Announcements and future agenda items 14.
