TOWN OF HOLLAND PLAN COMMISSION January 7, 2025 MEMBERS PRESENT Chair Mike Hoffman, Doug Klenke, Ron Knapmiller, Bryan Nindorf, and Anne Paape MEMBERS EXCUSED Jared Noffke, Jeff Osgood OTHERS PRESENT Lee Fehr, John Krage, Lukasz Lyzwa (General Engineering Co.) STAFF PRESENT David Carlson (Town Crew), Marilyn Pedretti (Town Clerk) CALL TO ORDER Chair Hoffman called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Notices were properly posted. MINUTES Motion by Nindorf/Paape to approve the minutes of July 3, 2024. MOTION carried. CITIZENS’ CONCERNS: none. CSM Lee Fehr, N7335 Amsterdam Prairie Road, requested approval of a Certified Survey Map (CSM) to split the 4.67 acre parcel into two lots. He explained he has a prospective buyer to purchase the building and repair the fire damage to the shop but has no need for the surrounding land. Fehr said the remaining balance of land is zoned “Agriculture” and suggested the possibility of a community gardens. John Krage, Arrow Land Surveying, was available for questions. Discussion followed. Motion by Knapmiller/Nindorf to approve the Certified Survey Map. MOTION carried. UPDATES: Hoffman noted the Plan Commission has not met since July. ANNOUNCEMENTS/FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: update the Town Road Plan. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Nindorf/Paape to adjourn. MOTION carried.
