Physical Address 7599 E County Rd E • Fire Department Request Approval for Accepting a FEMA Grant For $602,367.61 with the Towns Portion Being $28,684.18 for New Tanker/Pumper • Fire Department discuss and decide on disposal of 2 trucks due to receiving 2 trucks for free from LaPoint Fire Department • Fire Department Request to clean up the field to the west of the townhall to create a Helicopter Landing Zone Trees on west property line will need to be removed • Set Budget Planning Date • Douglas County Officials • Approve Vouchers / Pay Bills All Items will be discussed, and action may be taken.
