Amnicon Regular Board Meeting Amnicon Town Hall March 13, 2025 7:00pm Arthur Amys called the meeting to order. All board members were present. Arthur Amys made a motion to approve February 13, 2025, regular meeting minutes, Dennis Hill seconded. Motion carried. Comprehensive Plan Committee – No Report - Remove from agenda Highway Dept – Been sanding ice, fixing equipment, plowing a little snow. Forestry Bayfield Rd sale is complete. Berg Park is also complete should be receiving a check from Sappi soon. Essen Logging is requesting an extension to the contract off the 22nd Rd. Accessing though Gerald Kroll’s. Mark Liebaert made a motion to extend the contract by 15%, for 1 more year. Dennis Hill seconded. Motion carried. Douglas County – Mark Liebaert, Sex offender is back in jail. The Governor was in town. The Superior school district needs more money. Working on setting up our own wetland mitigation account.
