March Business Meeting Minutes 03/12/2025 ● Called to order 19:30 ● Pledge of Allegiance ● Last Month's Minutes: motion to accept by Mandy M. And seconded by Lauri K. ● Treasurer's Report: TSFD checking: $2,279.67 Total assets: $2,279.67 Motion to accept made by Laurie K. and seconded by Brett U. ● Chiefs Report: No update on building as of right now, Braun estimate tabled, potentially will be looking at another. Update to come. Chemtrec on track, drone shipped and will have that soon, waiting on landing zone mat and chargers. In the process and finalization for everything with that. Chemtrec event and drone display is 3/25 at 6:30. Tanker chassis estimated finish date September. ● Inspections: N/A ● Training: Chemtrec presentation instead of fire training. Next month will be wild land & trauma refresher ● Maintenance: N/A – Cheri will work to fix the maintenance schedule in IAmResponding. ● Fundraisers: Auxiliary meat raffle. Mention of spring pancake breakfast, Russ to check with auxiliary and will update. ● Call review: 15 EMS, 1 MVC, 1 Assist, 11 Town, 2 Parkland, 2 Oakland ● New business: Holiday party at Borders 3/29 at 5:30 to be catered ● Adjourn 20:03
