MINUTES OF THE TOWN BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SPECIAL MEETING
Tuesday, January 7, 2025
Meeting called to order by Supervisor Bill Conner at 10:02 am.
Compliance with the open meeting law was met with postings at Vine Body Shop, Superior Meats, Four
Corners Store, the Town Hall, and posted on the website.
Present: Supervisor Bill Conner, Supervisor Katie Stenroos, Treasurer Cindy Theien and Clerk Carolyn
Jones.
Meeting sign-in sheet had a total of two attendees.
New Business
a. Appointment of Town Board Supervisor Vacancy. Motion made by Supervisor Stenroos to
appoint Jodi Kebhart to Supervisor, seconded by Chairman Conner. Motion carried. 2- Yes,
0 – No.
