ENERGY COMMITTEE MISSION STATEMENT To make cost-effective energy efficient practices central to the County’s operating policies and to promote the principles of stewardship and sustainability as an integral part of the County’s decision-making process. ROLL CALL Present – Dave Sletten, John Lohse, Andy Johnson. Absent – Troy Aune. Other – Ben Savard, Steve Craker, Lindsey Conley (Committee clerk). 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion by Lohse, second Johnson, to approve minutes from November 21, 2025, meeting. Motion carried. 3. PRESENTATION a. Focus on Energy – Steve Craker presented on incentives within Superior/Douglas County complexes and positive benefits. b. Frontier Energy – Ben Savard presented on incentives within Superior/Douglas County complexes and positive benefits. 4. INFORMATIONAL a. Government Center/Courthouse/Jail lighting and HVAC updates: Jail improvements and HVAC cleaning discussed. b. Utility history reports: Included in agenda and reviewed by committee. 5.
