EXECUTIVE BOARD Wednesday, August 19, 2026 | 1:06 p.m. | Virtual, Teams Meeting Meeting called to order by Alan Jaques. 1. ROLL CALL Present – Alan Jaques, Kaci Lundgren, Mark Hubbard, Amy Tyson. Others present – Jim Caesar, Jenice Meyer, Jen Knutson. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion by Hubbard, second Tyson, to approve minutes of the December 15, 2025 , meeting. Motion carried. 3. ACTION ITEMS JLKnutson Properties, LLC – Loan Request of $25,000: Remained in open session. Project will rehabilitate existing building in the Town of Gordon. Property has lots of debris in a very visible area. Seeking to renovate in to a rental space and bar/restaurant. Other potential future possibilities for adjacent property. ACTION: Motion by Lundgren, second Tyson, to adjourn open session and convene into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85 (1) (e) of the Wisconsin Statutes and allow Jenice Meyer and Jim Caesar to remain in the call as advisors. Motion carried. Reconvened into open session at 1:23 p.m. ACTION: Motion by Lundgren, second Tyson, to approve loan with 5.5% rate, 60-month term, 120-month amortization, with automatic payments and personal guarantee.
