Closed Session The Village Board may convene in closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating ambulance billing accounts and related financial matters where competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, and pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, compensation, or performance evaluation data of Village employees over which the Board has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
