Pursuant to Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public by the Village President, that the following meeting will be held: Meeting: Special V illage of Wilton Board Meeting Date: Thursday, December 11 , 2025 Location: Village Clerk Office 400 East Street Suite 103 Wilton, WI Time: 6:30PM AGENDA A. Meeting called to order by President E. Wilde at 6:30PM B. O’Rourke, Coldren, Wilde, Bever, Short, & Wallman present. Thompson absent. C. Motion made by Coldren, 2nd by Short to appoint election officials as shown below: • Larry Bever, Lorrie Bever, Debra Paeth, Kathy Pope, & Arlis Ballwahn Motion carried 6-0 D. Motion made by Short, 2nd by Bever to accept cost of property re-evaluation at $19,800.00 in 2027. Sign contract with MES LLC for this service. E. Motion made by Coldren, 2nd by Short to sell by sealed bids Ford F-350 with dump box & plow. Old plow to be scraped. Bids will be opened at Regular February Board Meeting. Advertise in County Line, Sparta Hearld first 2 weeks of January. F.
