Board Meeting was called to o rder by Pres LH at 7: 0 0 pm. Meeting was properly noticed and agenda posted. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Public comments : Cats- Ferrel- County has more than they can deal with. Grateful what community supplied for the School. Basketball needs lines painted and Volleyball Court needs Sand. Motion by MBeaumont seconded by NAlacantar to move Discussion of WEDC Thrive WI Grant Program Main Street development up. Roll call vote LH, KV, MB, JA, GD, SK, NA all yah. MC Discussed what to do to get more businesses on Main Street. Motion by _ NAlcantar _ second by _ KVian _ to approve February 10 , 202 6 board meeting minutes. MC Department of Public Works : Sewer operations – Water operations – Training/schooling – Training in Tomah on March 11, 2026; JGenske testing on Thursday March 12, 2026. Maintenance Report – .Discuss purchasing Dump Trailer , Lawn mower and selling 96 Ford, 97 Ford, Dixie Chopper, Tires . Motion by SKaris second by NAlcantar to List unused equipment on WI Surplus. MC Motion by SKaris second by MBeaumont to purchase Zero turn Bobcat mower from Degenhardt Equipment for $10500.00. MC Motion by SKaris second by GDecker to purchase a 2026 Load Trail Dump Trailer from Auto & Toy Trader for $11,400.00. MC Motion by MBeaumont second by NAlcantar to bring up $25,000.00 from LGIP – Business loan account for Trailer and Mower purchase.MC Few spots in lawn need to be repair after snow fall and ground being soft. Finance: Payment of Bills Motion by GDecker __ second by MBeaumont __ to pay bills. MC Personnel: Motion by SKaris second by GDecker to offer part-time applicant the position of 8 hours weekends at $18.00 an hour with a 90 day probationary period. If he doesn ’t accept come back to board. MC Library : next meeting, May 4 , 202 6 6 PM Building Permits & Licenses: Cemetery, Parks & Recreation: Motion by LHelgren seconded by SKaris to approve up to $1500.00 for purchase of Lime for the baseball diamond. Municipal Court: Public Safety: Police Report – Ad Hoc /Emergency Management : Motion by GDecker second by MBeaumont to move April board meeting to April 21, 2026 at 7 PM.
