The Martell Town Planning Committee Monthly Meeting will be held on September 22nd, 2026 at 6:30 PM at The Martell Town Hall, located at W5581 800th Avenue, Spring Valley, WI 54767 AGENDA *All items may be considered for approval or other action. 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Verification of Public Notice 4. Approve Agenda 5. Approve minutes from July 26th regular Planning Committee meeting 6. Discussion Items a. Continued discussion on data centers. Prescott to brief the committee on discussion with River Falls b. Determine how to add county language into our Comprehensive Plan regarding data centers c. Review top items from comprehensive plan to understand next steps for Planning Committee and provide feedback to Town Board on potential next steps. 7. Any person wishing to address the Planning committee is allowed 2 minutes for discussion on topics that were covered on this agenda. 8. Next meeting is 10/27 at 6:30pm 9.
