TOWN OF MARTELL TOWN BOARD ROAD GRANT WORKING MEETING MINUTES A working meeting for the Board of Town of Martell was held on Friday, November 7th, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Town Hall, W5581 800th Avenue, Spring Valley, WI. 1. Call to order - chairman called to order at 1:02 PM 2. Roll Call: Brathol, Kaminski, Boles, Ortner in attendance. Kidd and Sitz not in attendance. 3. Approve agenda: Kaminski made a motion to approve the agenda, Brathol 2nd, all in favor motion carries 4. Discuss TRI, TRIS, TRID, and other Road Grant Options in relation to the road tour findings a. Questions for Mark i. Should we use our new paser ratings for the application. ii. Road plan from 2021 - and maybe sample road plan iii. Could be put culverts back in instad of a box culvert on 690th Ave iv. Culverts eligible? ○ Apply for funding for 870th and 690th St double chip seal ~ $135K total - spec out larger rock ○ Pay for 730th from 490th to 530th - 2026 - single chip seal, out of town’s funds $150K ○ 2027 TRIS or TRID for 690th Ave cold mix project 5.
