TOWN OF MARTELL TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING TO AWARD CHIP SEAL CONTRACT Meeting Minutes Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Martell Town Hall, W5581 800 th Ave, Spring Valley, WI Minutes: 1. Call to order - meeting called to order at 5:01 2. Roll Call - Dale Brathol, Beth Kidd, Ky Kaminski, and Robin Boles present 3. Verification of Public Notice - public notice verified 4. Award Chip Seal Road Work - a. Chairman Brathol stated that the board rejected the Fahrner Bid due to lack of information for comparing bids and assessing the extent of the work to be completed. b. Kaminski made a motion to drop 730th Ave from the contract and award the bid to Scott’s Construction for 690th St. and 710th St., Kidd 2nd, all in favor, motion carries. 5.
