Planning Commission Meeting Minutes from 6/17/2025 Meeting Attendees: Wayne, Lori, Fred, Travis, Dale Meeting called to order 6:01pm Motion to approve the minutes from the previous meeting: Motion made-Dale and second by Wayne. All approved. Discussion: Logistics for Saturday Public Meeting • Open meeting like any other meeting Wayne will be presiding over the meeting with Dale. • Ken will travel down Friday to be onsite and review the plan • Dale will discuss the work that the committee has put in to get the plan to this point after Wayne opens • ACTION: Wayne to pick oup cookies and bars for the meeting • ACTION: Dale will pick up miscellaneous sundries for coffee etc. • While the meeting is scheduled to last up to 3 hours it is Ken’s opinion that it will last roughly 2 hours with presentation of the data along with a question and answer session. Lori and Fred Presented work on Driveway ordinance • Lori and Fred presented a combined ordinance that is pulled from the existing ordinances including the current Martel ordinance. • Planning committee will review with the intent to take to the Board for action during the August meeting. General Discussion • Continued to discuss the next potential tasks for the Planning Committee • Need to continue to ensure we have good record keeping and are taking adequate notes Motion to Adjourn was made by Travis and seconded by Dale-All were in favor 7:42pm
