Planning Commission Meeting Agenda 6/3/2025 6pm-8pm Call meeting to order 6pm Discuss Actions from previous meeting: • ACTION-Committee to continue to try and dispel rumors and openly communicate and encourage people to come to both the Planning Committee Meetings as well as the Town Board Meetings to hear first-hand the information being provided. -Ongoing • ACTION-Prescott to continue to investigate and will keep the committee posted on progress-Due 6/3 • ACTION-Wayne to set up a call with Prescott and Ken to understand the best way to present the plan overall. Due 6/3 • ACTION-Wayne and Dale to work on refreshments-Report out 6/3 • ACTION-Prescott to pass the committee recommendation of the committee to the Board at the next board meeting on 6/10. • ACTION-Dale to send out current Driveway ordinance for committee to review by 6/3- Committee - Discussion of Agenda topics: • Final preparation for 6/21 meeting and actions needed • Driveway Ordinance-review the 2005 Driveway ordinance • Review and discuss roads as it pertains to weight limits and discuss the potential of hiring an engineering firm to help establish road weight limits • Meeting prep for June 21st • Discussion with Ken on Presentation • Open meeting Logistics • Current driveway ordinance • Other zoning issues etc. Adjourn Next meeting scheduled on 6/17 6-7pm.
