Planning Commission Meeting Minutes from 5/6/2025 Meeting Attendees: Wayne, Kathy, Lori, Fred, Travis, Dale, Prescott, Meeting called to order 6:02pm Discussion: Motion made to approve the minutes from 4/22/2025 meeting-motion made by Dale and seconded by Wayne. Approved of the cost of printing for the first-round document of $287.41 • Discussion around Current State of the Plan • Reviewed the new Planning Ordinance again for final review and asked that Dale take this to the Board for review during the next Town Board meeting. All changes were made from Lowberg letter and edits were made by Travis and Lori • Reviewed printed version of Comprehensive Plan provided by Ken with his latest updates • Kat made corrections in real time to the document online to provide edits to Ken for incorporation and correction. • Continued to review plan overall. General spelling and grammatical issues along with issues with the quality of the maps as they have no road overlays so they can be difficult to orient yourself to what the map is pointing out. • General discussion o Need to submit the final version of the plan for notice by Friday May 16th which will allow the Planning Committee to host the open house on June 21st given the 30-day window of notice. • Prescott to send Ken the updated version from Kat and the committees work to have him turn it around quickly to try give the committee time to review it by the 16th for posting. • Motion was made to adjourn by Fred and seconded by Lori. • Adjourn 8:08pm Next meeting will be May 20th at 6pm.
