TOWN OF RIVER FALLS Mt. Zion Cemetery Closed Session Monday, June 22, 2026, River Falls Town Hall Elected officials and staff present: Terry Kusilek, Chair, Mary Foster, Jerome Rodewald, Supervisors; Sarah Meyer, Clerk The meeting was called to order by Chair Terry Kusilek at 1:50pm. Closed Session to Confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. Mary moved to go into closed session to confer Town Attorney Bob Loberg. Jerome seconded. Roll call vote: Mary – aye, Jerome – aye, Terry – aye. The motion passed unanimously. The meeting moved into Closed Session at 1:50pm. Mary moved and Jerome seconded to move back into Open Session. Roll call vote: Mary – aye, Jerome – aye, Terry – aye. The motion passed unanimously. The meeting moved into Open Session at 2:18pm. Jerome moved to adjourn. Mary seconded. M.C. Meeting adjourned at 2:18pm.
