Ad hoc Code Review Committee Meeting Minutes Monday, 3/23/2026 Present: Kristen Nyquist, Brad Mogen, Pat Singel, Mary Foster Kristen called the meeting to order at 4:06 p.m. at River Falls Town Hall 1. Approve Minutes: Brad/Pat moved/seconded to approve 3/17/26 meeting minutes. MC 2. Questions: a. What districts allow CUP’s? b. What kind of CUP’s are allowable in each district? c. What is R-1? Where is it in our Town? d. Is 17.05 Residence and Planned Mobile Home a legacy chapter? Do we have any “planned mobile home parks” in the Town? Do we have any R-2? e. What would be a reason for re-zoning something into R-1? 3. Miscellaneous: Pat will extract all definitions in Chapter 17. Mary will email Don for answers to items 2 c-e above. Brad will ask Don about a current zoning map. 4. Next Meeting: Wednesday, April 8 at 12:00 p.m. at Town Hall 5.
