Reminders
Pushing snow across the road is a safety hazard. The
practice of pushing snow across the road when
plowing creates a safety hazard for the traveling public
and creates a problem for the road plowing operation.
If you believe your mailbox was damaged during a snow
event, assess if the mailbox was hit by the force of the
snow hitting the mailbox or was it physically hit by the
plow equipment. The mailbox policy states that a
damaged mailbox will be replaced with a plain standard
mailbox when it is evident that the snow removal
equipment damaged the box. If you believe the damage
was caused by the plow equipment, call the Town Chair
to report the damage.

shed construction are all examples of activities
