Present: Campbell, Bennett, Sowers, Spearing, A. Drenth, Dhillon, Potter and Drenth.
Absent: McCallum
Meeting called to order by Campbell at 7:00pm.
Motion by Campbell, Dhillon to appoint the following officers:

Vice Chairperson: Lynn Spearing
