PLANNING COMMISSION Minutes May 24

VILLAGE OF ELLSWORTH PLANNING COMMISSION Minutes of meeting held May 16, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. In Attendance: Larry Essenberg, Mary Neer, Al Drenth, Lynn Aldrich Spearing, Ken Lane The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Essenberg at 7:01 p.m. The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed. Ken Lane, our planning consultant, reviewed three documents with us that are required for the Redevelopment Ready Community process. The first document reviewed was the public participation plan. Spearing moved to adopt the plan and Drenth seconded the motion. The motion was passed unanimously. The second document reviewed was the Zoning Board of Appeals Orientation document. Spearing moved that it be adopted and Neer seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. The third document that was reviewed was the current Master Plan. Minor revisions to the plan were proposed. The proposed changes will be discussed at a future Planning Commission meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m. Lynn Aldrich Spearing
