Special Meeting Notice

NOTICE OF PROJECT PLAN PUBLIC MEETING The Village of Ellsworth will hold a public meeting on the proposed Clean Water State Revolving Fund Sanitary Sewer System Improvements project for the purpose of receiving comments from interested persons. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. on April 27 th , 2023, at the following location: 6520 Center Street, Ellsworth, MI 49729. The purpose of the proposed project is to construct a new collection, distribution, and treatment systems to ensure reliability and maintain public health and safety. Project construction will involve installation of sanitary sewer collection system, distribution system and offsite treatment plant. Impacts of the proposed project include construction to be in locations with proposed infrastructure and within publicly owned rights-of-way, easement or Village owned property. The project will positively impact the environment and water quality of the area while improving public health and safety to all system users. The estimated cost to users for the proposed project will be from $75 to $150 to month based upon receipt of grants.
