NOTICE OF MEETING IRON COUNTY FINANCE COMMITTEE Notice to: Iron County Miner, Ironwood Daily Globe, WJMS and WUPM Radio and to all committee members. NOTE: A majority of the members of the County Board of Supervisors or of any of its committees may be present at this meeting, to listen, observe and participate. If a majority of any such body is present, their presence constitutes a "meeting" under the Open Meeting Law as interpreted in State ex rel. Badtke v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis. 2d 553 (1993), even though the visiting body will take no action at this meeting. Closed Session per WI State Statute 19.85 (1) ( b) & (c) c onsidering dismissal, demotion, licensing or discipline of any public employee or person licensed by a board or commission or the investigation of charges against such person, or considering the grant or denial of tenure for a university faculty member, and the taking of formal action on any such matter; provided that the faculty member or other public employee or person licensed is given actual notice of any evidentiary hearing which may be held prior to final action being taken and of any meeting at which final action may be taken.
