The rezoning application of Ronald Appert to rezone 5.75 acres from A-1 to AR-1 Ag Residential and 37.23 acres from A-1 to B-2 Highway Business with a conditional use permit application for the purpose of hiking trails in part of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ and part of the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 27, Town 7 North, Range 3 East located at 4721 County Road ZZ. 6. The rezoning application of Bethel Horizons to rezone 41.09 acres from B-2 Highway Business to A-1 Ag in part of the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 26, Town 7 North, Range 3 East located at 4747 County Road ZZ. 7.
