Sanitary District #1 — Minutes

Town of Dodgeville Sanitary District #1 Board of Commissioners Monday, June 15th, 2026 *5:00 p.m.* 1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Town Supervisors in attendance were: Pam Johnson-Loy and Peter Vanderloo. Absent was: David Pope and Kyle Levetzow. Also in attendance were: Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson and Kevin Zajicek. 2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Pam Johnson-Loy made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor Peter Vanderloo. Motion carried. 3) Comments from the public. None. 4) Approval of the meeting minutes for June 2nd, 2026. Pam Johnson-Loy made a motion to approve the June 2nd, 2026 meeting minutes as presented. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried. 5) Discussion & possible action re: Lift Station Repairs – State Road 23. Town Patrolman, Kevin Zajicek presented quotes from SJE and Rule Construction in regards to the needed piping rehabilitation repairs at the lift station as well as the excavation. Peter Vanderloo made a motion to approve the quotes from SJE and Rule Construction removing the gate valves. Pam Johnson-Loy seconded the motion. Motion carried. 6) Discussion & possible action re: Refinancing Existing Loan & Borrowing for Lift Station Repairs. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson presented information in regards to borrowing additional funds for the needed lift station repairs in the amount of $25,000.00 approximately. The total amount of the loan including refinancing the existing loan would be approximately $64,000.00. No action was taken. 7) Adjournment.
