Sanitary District #1 — Minutes

Town of Dodgeville Sanitary District #1 Board of Commissioners Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026 *Immediately following the Regular Town Board Meeting* 1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Town Supervisors in attendance were: Pam Johnson-Loy, Kyle Levetzow and Peter Vanderloo. Absent was: David Pope. Also in attendance was: Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson. 2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Kyle Levetzow made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor Pam Johnson-Loy. Motion carried. 3) Comments from the public. None. 4) Approval of the meeting minutes for May 5th, 2026. Pam Johnson-Loy made a motion to approve the May 5th, 2026 meeting minutes as presented. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried. 5) Discussion & possible action re: Refinancing Existing Loan & Borrowing for Lift Station Repairs. Kyle Levetzow made a motion to refinance the existing loan and borrow an additional $20,000.00 with a 5-year term at 4.56% interest rate. Pam Johnson-Loy seconded the motion. Motion carried. 6) Adjournment. Pam Johnson-Loy made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:10 p.m. Kyle Levetzow seconded the motion. Motion carried. Respectfully Submitted, Sara J.
