Sanitary District #1 — Minutes

Town of Dodgeville Sanitary District #1 Board of Commissioners Tuesday, May 5th, 2026 *Immediately following the Regular Town Board Meeting* 1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m. Town Supervisors in attendance were: Pam Johnson-Loy and Peter Vanderloo. Absent were: David Pope and Kyle Levetzow. Also in attendance were: Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson and Kevin Zajicek. 2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Pam Johnson-Loy made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor Peter Vanderloo. Motion carried. 3) Comments from the public. None. 4) Approval of the meeting minutes for April 1st, 2026. Peter Vanderloo made a motion to approve the April 1st, 2026 meeting minutes as presented. Pam Johnson-Loy seconded the motion. Motion carried. 5) Discussion & possible action re: Refinancing Existing Loan & Borrowing for Lift Station Repairs. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson presented the current loan balance, interest rate and remaining payments as well as the interest rate, term and payment if the Township was to refinance and add approximately $20,000.00 with a 5-year term. The Town Board requested to obtain information in regards to what the payments would be for the 2 loans if the existing loan wasn’t to be refinanced and the new $20,000 was financed for 5 years. No action was taken. 6) Adjournment. Pam Johnson-Loy made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:51 p.m. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried. Respectfully Submitted, Sara J.
