Sanitary District #1 — Minutes

Town of Dodgeville Sanitary District #1 Board of Commissioners Wednesday, April 1st 2026 *5:00 p.m.* 1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Town Supervisors in attendance were: Pam Johnson-Loy, Kyle Levetzow and Peter Vanderloo. Absent was: David Pope. Also in attendance were: Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson and Kevin Zajicek. 2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Kyle Levetzow made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor Pam Johnson-Loy. Motion carried. 3) Comments from the public. None. 4) Approval of the meeting minutes for December 2nd, 2025. Peter Vanderloo made a motion to approve the December 2nd, 2025 meeting minutes as presented. Kyle Levetzow seconded the motion. Motion carried. 5) Discussion & possible action re: Lift Station Repairs/Pumps (State Road 23). Town Patrolman, Kevin Zajicek informed the Town Board of lift station repairs that are needed on the State Road 23 lift station and provided a quote that was received from LW Allen. Kyle Levetzow made a motion to approve the purchasing of a new pump and the repairs as listed in Option #1 in the amount of $16,706.66. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried. 6) Adjournment. Kyle Levetzow made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:20 p.m. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried. Respectfully Submitted, Sara J.
