Sanitary District #1 — Minutes

Town of Dodgeville Sanitary District #1 Board of Commissioners Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025 *Immediately following the Regular Town Board Meeting* 1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:42 p.m. Town Supervisors in attendance were: Pam Johnson-Loy, Kyle Levetzow and Peter Vanderloo. Absent was: David Pope. Also in attendance was: Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson. 2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Kyle Levetzow made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor Pam Johnson-Loy. Motion carried. 3) Comments from the public. None. 4) Approval of the meeting minutes for June 3rd, 2025. Pam Johnson-Loy made a motion to approve the June 3rd, 2025 meeting minutes as presented. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried. 5) Discussion & possible action re: Invoicing of Back-Up Float for Lift Station(s), Lids & Grates. The Town Board discussed the invoicing of the lift station lids & grates as well as the back -up float that was installed in both lift stations in the amount of $3,671.64. Kyle Levetzow made a motion to utilize funds from the general fund to pay for these repairs. Pam Johnson-Loy seconded the motion. Motion carried. 6) Adjournment.
