The rezoning application of Sandra & David Johnson (William Johnson, POA) to rezone 2 acres from B-2 Highway Business to AR-1 Ag-Residential or the conditional use application of Sandra & David Johnson (William Johnson, POA) for the purpose of a woodworking shop, coffee shop and retail sales of products with an associated residence on a 2 acre lot zoned B-2 described as Lot 3, CSM 1862 located at 4228 State Road 23. 6.
