Town of Dodgeville Plan Commission Meeting Monday, June 30th, 2025 The Town of Dodgeville Plan Commission met on Monday, June 30th, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. Planning Commission Chair Krista Dolan called the Planning Commission meeting to order at 6:01 P.M. Plan Commission Committee members in attendance were Curt Peterson, Peter Vanderloo, Julie Dolan, John Dunbar Paul Lawinger and Kathryn Mosley. Planning Commission Chair Krista Dolan verified that proper notice of the public hearing was posted on June 18th, 2025 in accordance with WI Statutes 19.84 (3) at the Town Message Boards at Pleasant Ridge Store, Mueller Implement and the Town Office. Curt Peterson made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried. John Dunbar made a motion to approve the March 31st, 2025 and April 24th, 2025 meeting minutes as presented. Julie Dolan seconded the motion. Motion carried. The conditional use permit application of Mark Olson & Cindy Gaffney for the purpose of a recreational residential rental located on a 4.15 acre parcel zoned R-1, located in Section 16, Town 6 North, Range 3 East, Lot 13 Green Leaf Glen. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson presented the conditional use permit and maps. The Planning Commission and property owner discussed the application. Curt Peterson made a motion to recommend the approval of the conditional use permit of Mark Olson & Cindy Gaffney for the purpose of a recreational residential rental located on a 4.15 acre parcel zoned R-1, located in Section 16, Town 6 North, Range 3 East, Lot 13 Green Leaf Glen located at 4250 Green Leaf Drive. Paul Lawinger seconded the motion. Motion carried. There were no other correspondence and other matters.
