Town Board — Minutes

Town of Dodgeville Town Board Meeting Minutes June 11th, 2025 *5:00 p.m.* 1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. Town Supervisors in attendance were David Pope, Peter Vanderloo, Kyle Levetzow (arrived at 5:10 p.m.) and Pam Johnson- Loy. Also in attendance was Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson. Everyone in attendance recited the Pledge of Allegiance. 2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, David Pope made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor, Pam Johnson-Loy. Motion carried. 3) Public Comment. Town Supervisor, Peter Vanderloo indicated that he appreciated the breakdown of the budget that was previously completed by the Clerk/Treasurer. 4) Discussion & possible action re: Selling of MACK Truck. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson indicated that he received an offer to purchase the MACK Truck from the Town of Arena in the amount of $100,000.00. The Town Board discussed the proposed offer. David Pope made a motion to sell the MACK truck to the Town of Arena for the amount of $100,000.00 and to not list the vehicle with the Wisconsin Surplus. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried. Kyle Levetzow arrived at 5:10 during the discussion of this agenda item. 5) Adjournment.
