Sanitary District #1 — Minutes

Town of Dodgeville Sanitary District #1 Board of Commissioners Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025 *6:00 p.m.* 1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Town Supervisors in attendance were: Pam Johnson-Loy, David Pope and Peter Vanderloo. Absent was: Kyle Levetzow. Also in attendance were: Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson, Jeffrey Haylock and Kevin Zajicek. 2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Peter Vanderloo made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor David Pope. Motion carried. 3) Comments from the public. None. 4) Approval of the meeting minutes for January 2nd, 2024. David Pope made a motion to approve the January 2nd, 2024 meeting minutes as presented. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried. 5) Discussion & possible action re: Purchasing of Back-Up Float for Lift Station(s). Town Patrolman, Kevin Zajicek presented an estimated cost of $2,500.00 from LW Allen in regards to installing back-up floats on both lift stations. David Pope made a motion to approve the purchasing and installation of the back-up floats on both lift stations. Pam Johnson-Loy seconded the motion. Motion carried. 6) Discussion & possible action re: Lift Station Lids & Grates. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson presented information and costs in regards to the new lift station lids and grates that were fabricated by Town Patrolman, Chad Whi tford. The Town Board requested to discuss the invoicing of these repairs and the installation of the back-up floats upon receiving the invoice from LW Allen. No action was taken. 7) Adjournment.
